The house was clean and had a beautiful remodled kitchen and baths, quiet neighborhood and garage parking space. Only complaints: no laundry detergent (had to provide it myself), no trash bags, towels were a little threadbare, and the sprinklers came on at 8:30 pm nightly while we were outdoors enjoying the yard. It would be a better experience if these problems were checked on and remedied.

The contacts at McLean Company Rentals were very friendly and accommodating when we picked the keys up for our rental.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Desert Princess, it was absolutely fabulous. We couldn't get enough of the out doors. The house was cute and quaint - we really enjoyed the hot tub, talk about relaxation. We even had massue's that came out on Valentine's Day and gave us fantastic massages. It was a weekend we won't ever forget!!

As a former owner of a house that was with McLean Rentals, it was refreshing to come back as a guest and receive their gracious treatment first hand. Things were a little different, at first, being on the other side of the fence as it were. McLean's rental staff helped me find the perfect house for my family (which oddly was nothing like my house that I had with them) and we experienced for ourselves why McLean's has so many returning renters!

This was our second time renting through McLean's and it didn't fail to impress us again. The location is wonderfully convenient and the house was extremely comfortable. The staff of McLean's was courteous and resourceful through the entire renting process- and worked extra had to quickly resolve a minor problem we had with the washing machine. I would not only recommend this particular house, but I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Palm Springs to let the friendly staff of McLeans assist you with your accommodations- they make a wonderful vacation in the Desert all the more relaxing!

I'm so glad I found McLean's, I used to rent from owners direct, but the last house was a pig sty! I walked into McLean's and their staff had me and my girlfriends in a beautiful contemporary home within 20 minutes, and at a discount! Can't beat that! I'll be coming back to them from now on

We just got home from our first vacation to Palm Desert and we stayed with McLean Company. Their service is to die for!! We had a few problems working things in the home as their wasn't a welcome booklet, but the office sent a nice young man over and not only did he help us with EVERYthing, but he took notes, and came back the next day with new instructions! That absolutely won over our loyalty

Just returned from 5 days of total bliss in beautiful Palm Springs. Whether it was relaxing by the stunning pool, enjoying a fabulous meal in the outdoor dining area at the end of a long day of shopping, or lazing in the beautiful accommodation, all of our needs were certainly met. Just wish I could have stayed longer, the staff are absolutely wonderful, so happy, friendly and helpful. Best holiday, such a beautiful place to stay. Can't wait to get back there

During my working travels to Palm Springs, it is important for me to find accommodations that are both comfortable and clean.
At Mclean's I have come to find so much more than simply comfort and warmth. The superb service and warm reception is simply the beginning and I rate the hospitality 10/10.
The condos are equipped with all you will need and are very clean and comfortable.
In a nutshell, try the accommodations for yourself.
You won't regret it.

When we arrived, our proprty was ready for us to check-in. The condo had still some food crumbs on the floor but the the cleaning crew came over immediately to clean it up with a smile. The view was great and had awesome access to the pools. My family and I would stay there again as it overall was a pleasant experience.

If you need to escape the city, to unwind, to relax, or just need a break for no good reason at all, Mclean Company Rentals offers a lot of options. The homes cannot be faulted. Clean, great attention to detail, warm and inviting ambiance. The desert is highly recommended for those who appreciate something more than just a place to rest their head.

We enjoyed the vacation spent in Palm Springs greatly. The check in was late at night and there were no problems to get into the home. Driving directions were given precisely. the condition of the home was brilliant: clean bed lining, all necessary kitchen and toilet equipment. The view was gorgeous: mountaions, Clear skies and the nearest city night lights. Do not miss a chance to visit this wonderful city as well. Make a round trip - it is worth it! The hosts Karl and Cleo were so hospitable and nice to give advice with the hiking and excursions. Thanks a lot for the splendid week spent in your area.

We loved everything about McLean's in Summer. Especially the Pet friendliness. We had never been able to have our dogs with us before. Our family meets once a year for a week in the desert. In 2009, August suited most of us better and the prices from off season are awesome!!

I almost don't want to write this review, because I want the place to stay a secret! A perfect place, everything you need and much more. Beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, living room, patio...etc. Location is easy to get around, and close to a great little restaurant. The company is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Also great if you have a baby, since they have a company "Kids Connections" that has everything you need for your baby! Without a doubt will stay here again. Best stay in Palm Springs!

McLean's is the only rental company we've used for the last 13 years. The houses are always cleaned and well equipped, and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The very few times there was an issue at a home, they have contacted the owners and everything was taken care of immediately. We recommend McLean Company Rentals to everyone who's looking to go to Palm Springs!

We wished we had more time to explore the area and find the waterfall in the Indian Canyons. We were only there two nights and were out sightseeing each day. The condominium was amazing, we loved the place. Reasonable value as it was comparable in price to a hotel.
