We have been coming to Palm Springs for over ten years, and I would say the McLean office people are some of the better we have worked with. Our house was just great!!. The office staff was just wonderful. My husband forgot his special sleeping pillow and after a phone call it arrived UPS. Thanks much!!!

Everything McLean did was absolutely first-rate. It was a great experience! We had two problems and our phone calls were returned immediately. And I couldn't believe how easy it was to check-in. I was seriously in and out in 2 minutes flat. Also the web site was good to navigate.

We were incredibly happy with McLean. Last year we rented with another company and were so unhappy with the attitudes of the office staff. McLean's staff was always friendly and helpful. We also love that you provide sheets and towels. Coming from New Hampshire, that's just one more thing to pack in the car.

Wow, what an experience we had on our last vacation to Palm Springs. We checked in on a Friday night. The house was perfect for us because we have a large family. Then the unthinkable happened. The whole house got flooded on Sunday afternoon. We called McLean's and a nice gentleman named Karl was right there to help us. I felt so bad that he had to find us a different house on such short notice. He found something and called housekeeping and even helped us move our stuff over to the new house.I have to say McLean's SAVED our vacation. I am recommending everyone to stay with McLean.

I want to let everyone know how great the staff is at McLean's. My company sent us out to do some maintenance on some equipment in Palm Springs. This was not a vacation for us. We have a very low per diem to spend on rent while we were there. I call McLean to see if they had a unit that we could afford. Heather was very helpful and called one of the owners to see if they would accept our offer. Thankfully they approved our monthly rate. Cleo was great in getting our place clean and ready for us. I have to say McLean's staff went the extra mile for us.

Every time we have rented a property from you it has been a marvelous experience. Our family has been coming down to Palm Springs for many years, and we love being able to stay in a different home every time. We have stayed at almost all of your high end homes and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. The best part is that you are always getting new properties so I feel like we will never run out of places to stay with your company. We have just added your facebook page to our facebook and love that you put specials that are going on at the time that is very helpful. Cant wait to come down in December.

Your company staff is outstanding! I worked with Tyler, a strapping young man I must say, and he made the process quick and pain free. Every time we have had a maintenance problem it was fixed that day. When I was in between jobs they were very helpful with me.
